CSA Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage engineering requirements, ensuring project goals are met.
• Review designs, coordinate BIM outputs, and oversee installation to meet quality and compliance standards.
• Manage safety, quality assurance, project schedules, costs, and site operations.
• Track subcontractor progress, conduct weekly meetings, and address snagging issues promptly.
• Prepare progress reports, ensuring transparency on risks, delays, and milestones.
• Oversee project closeout, including documentation, accounts, and final handover.
• Ensure compliance with change management and cost control processes.

Essential Criteria:

• 8+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience with Data Centre projects (advantageous).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Precast construction experience is beneficial.
