Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure site safety, collaborating with the Safety Advisor and managing the safety file as part of the leadership team.
• Work with QA and the Electrical Package Manager to ensure "Right First Time" installations.
• Oversee daily site operations, including subcontractor activities, ensuring alignment with schedules and staffing levels.
• Conduct weekly progress meetings with subcontractors, maintaining detailed minutes.
• Manage snagging systems and issue weekly punch lists.
• Attend and contribute to site meetings, engineering reviews, and handover sessions.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain a photographic project diary.
• Prepare weekly internal progress reports, highlighting risks and project milestones.
• Supervise productivity, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality compliance.
• Inspect installations to confirm adherence to standards and recommend procedural improvements.

Essential Criteria:

• Trade background with 5–10 years’ experience managing large crews and subcontractors.
• Proven success in supervising large-scale installation projects.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong IT skills and experience in design and build projects.

Desirable Skills:

• Excellent communication and deadline management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects effectively.
