Electrical Supervisor
This role and all of our roles outside of Ireland include a full travel package covering flights, accommodation, travel and a daily living allowance reflective of the country you will be based in.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure site safety, collaborating with the Safety Advisor and managing the safety file as part of the leadership team.
- Work with QA and the Electrical Package Manager to ensure "Right First Time" installations.
- Oversee daily site operations, including subcontractor activities, ensuring alignment with schedules and staffing levels.
- Conduct weekly progress meetings with subcontractors, maintaining detailed minutes.
- Manage snagging systems and issue weekly punch lists.
- Attend and contribute to site meetings, engineering reviews, and handover sessions.
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain a photographic project diary.
- Prepare weekly internal progress reports, highlighting risks and project milestones.
- Supervise productivity, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality compliance.
- Inspect installations to confirm adherence to standards and recommend procedural improvements.
Essential Criteria:
- Trade background with 5–10 years’ experience managing large crews and subcontractors.
- Proven success in supervising large-scale installation projects.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong IT skills and experience in design and build projects.
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent communication and deadline management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects effectively.
